Our client based on the outskirts of Guildford are seeking a Customer Service Support Manager- to join their close-knit team. The successful candidate should have a great team-working ethic and be prepared to work in a hands-on environment working for some big-name customers!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer liaison by phone and email - providing quotations and product advice
- Assisting the warehouse with orders when needed
- Sales & marketing material preparation eg catalogues and price lists
- Chasing up samples supplied to customers to get feedback and aid sales
- Website product maintenance
- Exploration of new sales avenues and markets
- Data processing on the CRM to ensure the maintenance and correction of client, supplier and product data
- Uploading invoices of the system
- Attendance at shows and exhibitions where necessary
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Flexibility - supporting other members of the team when necessary
- Excellent MS Word & Excel skills
- Solid numeracy skills required for product preparation, stock check and quotations
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and versatile
- Excellent telephone manner
- High standards of customer service
