This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the largest franchise gym companies in the UK. My client requires a highly motivated Sales Consultant/Membership Advisor who is dedicated and passionate about growing the membership base and delivering a superb member experience.The main responsibilities of the Membership Sales Advisor are:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for potential members of the gym, providing accurate information and first-class assistance throughout the joining process.
  • Conduct engaging and informative gym tours to promote membership benefits and features.
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate membership options.
  • Use company software to track and manage leads, opportunities and member interactions.
  • Produce leads to convert into membership sales and engage with current members to enhance reputation.
The candidate:
  • Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude is a must.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills to effectively promote membership benefits.
  • Proficient in CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
