They have a huge presence in the UK and overseas market with further developments happening towards the end of this year. Their training is excellent with programs offered from day one and throughout your career as you grow into your role. With excellent internal progression consistently on offer, you will be able to gain more skills to further your experience as the business continues to expand with really exciting developments coming onboard very soon! This is an office based full-time role and the hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Job description

  • Working efficiently in a team dynamic to achieve client requirements on a daily basis and carry out projects with excellent efficiency
  • Building customer relationships and supporting with any order questions including logistical delivery plans.
  • Supporting with national accounts and providing updates accordingly.
  • Promote the business services effectively to ensure that potential clients are fully aware of all of the services we provide
  • Executing timely lead follow ups via the website
  • Diary management including booking, planning and managing sales diary
  • Providing and managing accurate quotations
  • Managing customer experience through excellent customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer information
  • Compile sales reports to present losses and achievements at sales meetings
  • Assist Sales Manager to reach team sales goal
