Base Salary £60-70k with Double uncapped OTE

Role –
Ready to elevate your career? We're on the lookout for a driven, ambitious, and successful Senior Business Development Manager to join our expanding new business sales team. Sell our market-leading Digital Transformation solutions to C-level executives across the public sector. This role promises to be fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic.
Day-to-day involves managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish (from cold call to close). You'll need to dig deeply into companies and the industry to understand the critical issues they're facing and the solutions they need. And of course, you should desire to learn and communicate the Group value proposition effectively.
Your main tasks: presenting and demonstrating our solutions to C-level executives, building robust relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating complex agreements.
Applicant –
- 3+ years b2b SaaS sales experience
- Proven successful sales experience of achieving targets.
- Proven Tender management and delivery experience.
- Enjoy working and taking pride in achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a desire to chase down deals.
- Ability to carry out the entire sales cycle (cold call, demonstrations, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close)
- Ability to work under pressure with a diligent and consistent work ethic.
- An outgoing personality, determined attitude, good listening skills and a drive to be the best.
- Must be PC literate, able to write professional business emails and compelling proposals.
- Familiarity using CRM systems preferably SalesForce.
- An understanding of selling to the public sector would be highly advantageous.
