Electrical Supervisor

Involve Recruitment are looking for an experiencedElectrical Supervisorto join the team on a new commercial build project in central Gilford. This is a 6-month contract offering a competitive daily rate of up to 250, possibly more for the right candidate. The role will involve supervising electrical installations, ensuring high standards of work, and maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the electrical installation team and ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards.
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day electrical activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas and report on progress.
• Liaise with the Project Manager and other supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to the electrical team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and in line with project deadlines.

Requirements:

• SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme)orSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)qualified.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the construction industry, ideally within commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and site operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and ensure work is completed to high standards.
• Full right to work in the UK.
