Job title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Static site in Guildford
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 45,000 Per annum.
Requirements:
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechancial Engineering or Plumbing
- Building services exeprince
- Experience supervising/leading a team of engineers
About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.
About the role: We are looking to take on board an experinced supervisor with a strong mechanicl background to be based on a commercial site in Guildford. You will be leading a team of 3 engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenance.
- Manage a team of 3 mechanical engineers
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms.
- Ensure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract.
- Manage minor improvements.
- Attend client meetings.
- Manage contractors.
