Role overview:

My Client is a Leading National Contractor that specializes in Infrastructure.

They have been awarded a large infrastructure project in the Guildford area of Surrey and are seeking reinforcements in the form of a Site Agent / Project Manager.

The company are currently considering applications from both permanent and freelance applicants.

Proposed works to include all infrastructure (roads, drainage, utilities) on a new Urban Village , S278 works in the surrounding area including on and off slips on the A3 , Estate roads etc onto the adjacent Industrial Estate.

Role responsibilities:

The role includes client liaison daily, production of RAMS, Drawing review and comment , commercial responsibility on budgets , sourcing and hiring of labour, tendering for additional works on site as an when required , leading and participating in regular team and collaborative meetings.
