Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager - facilities management/construction - hybrid role (nominal base in either Berkshire or Surrey, covering the Southern region across to Sussex/Kent) - £65k-£75k+excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities
Reporting to Head of Head, Safety, Environment and Quality and maintaining a reporting line into the Project Director
Supporting the management in HSE policy and guidelines across the contract
Directly manage a team of HSEQ Advisors in their day to day activity - providing HSE leadership, training and operational support
Governance of legal compliance an delivering the internal audit programme
Assisting in all aspects of incident investigation
Driving a consistent approach to HSEQ and collaborate with Operations Performance teams and central functions

Essential Qualifications/Skills:
Proven Health & Safety expertise
Proven HSQE team leadership experience
Background in construction or facilities management
Background in highly regulated sectors
Proven knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality processes and legislation
NEBOSH or Level 6 equivalent
