Field Agent – Utilities & Site Visits 
Guildford 
£30,060 per annum (inclusive of car allowance) + Uncapped Bonus (£34,220 OTE) 
 

An established recovery and field services provider in the utilities sector is currently recruiting Field Agents to join their expanding nationwide team. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals who are confident working independently and dealing with customers face to face. 

The role involves conducting various site visits on behalf of major utility clients, including pre-disconnection visits, reconnection appointments, welfare checks, and information-gathering visits. 

Full training and ongoing support are provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in field services. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Carry out site visits at residential and commercial properties 

  • Perform pre-disconnection and reconnection visits 

  • Take meter readings and assess property access 

  • Reconnect customers to the client’s call centre to resolve account issues 

  • Identify vulnerable situations or tenancy changes 

  • Recommend the installation of pre-payment or smart meters 

  • Ensure all visits are completed professionally and accurately recorded 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated 

  • Confident in dealing with customers face to face 

  • Ability to use initiative and problem-solve in the field 

  • Experience in a regulated or field-based environment (advantageous) 

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
