My client is seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential conveyancing, including leasehold and post-completion tasks. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing from start to finish.
  • Manage caseloads involving leasehold transactions.
  • Assist with post-completion tasks including registration and dealing with any requisitions.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents related to residential property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Conduct legal research and provide support on conveyancing matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of leasehold transactions and post-completion processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
