Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Group Risk & Healthcare Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the service and retention of their group risk and healthcare client portfolio. Your contributions will be vital to the overall success of their team. There is potential for growth, with opportunities for advancement to an Account Manager position for the right candidate. This role is remote, with one day per month required in London.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional administration service to a range of clients. Other duties will include:
- Manage and support the service delivery for a diverse range of group risk and healthcare client accounts.
- Oversee the client retention process, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist in the renewal process and help manage cost controls and budget allocations effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise benefit offerings and streamline administration processes.
- Provide expert guidance and support regarding healthcare and group risk benefits to clients.
- Stay informed on market trends and changes to ensure clients receive the most relevant and effective solutions.
Key Experience / Knowledge:
Essential:
- Experience working within an Employee Benefits Consultancy (EBC), Independent Financial Advisers (IFA), or insurance environment.
- Strong product knowledge regarding Income Protection, Life Assurance, and Private Medical Insurance.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar role that focuses on Group Risk and/or Healthcare schemes.
- Familiarity with Flexible benefit schemes.
- Knowledge of Critical Illness, Dental, and/or Cash Plans.
