- Collaborate with experts to keep our programmes fresh, relevant, and aligned to business needs.
- Own and shape the global leadership development curriculum.
- Manage third-party suppliers and budgets to get the best out of our tools and partnerships.
- Support wider People & Culture initiatives where needed.
- A natural collaborator who thrives in change and enjoys solving problems creatively.
- Experience leading L&D or people development programmes, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills—able to juggle and prioritise with ease.
- Confidence in using data and insights to guide decisions and measure success.
- A future-focused mindset—curious about what’s next and comfortable challenging the status quo.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools is a bonus (e.g., Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, Edapp).
