Our client is a leading social value platform company who is looking for an exceptional Partnership Coordinator Intern who is passionate about ’social value’ and sustainability. This is a 4 month internship with the potential to go permanent. The role is hybrid and with 2 day at their office in Somerset House, next to Waterloo Bridge paying £24K per annum.

Our client is a technology start-up with an agile operational model, respected brand and action driven culture. The role requires experience in using platform technology, MS Office systems and interest in ’social value’ and sustainability as a subject matter. Fluent, native level English skills are mandatory both verbal and in writing. We are looking for an ambition graduate with the capability for taking your own initiative, being resourceful and committed to this role with passion.

The Role:You will work closely with the technology team and COO to support the platform technology development by identifying and coordinating small development needs. The role is multifaceted and daily routines consist of:

  • Supporting the company platform users over chatbot, online calls and emails
  • Contacting charities, social enterprises, private and public sector organisations related to their platform product and content.
  • Doing research and creating reports of social value, VCSEs, local needs analysis in collaboration with the communications manager
  • Presenting the company at exhibitions and webinars

About You:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interest in CSR, social value and the VCSE sector is essential
  • Excellent writing skills, capability to use various software in creating, distributing and storing documents
  • Experience in editing video materials, using webinar, design and platform technologies related to communications, partnership management etc.
  • Capability to manage this role in an independent manner, collaborate seamlessly with the sales and product development team and taking care of communications related partnerships
  • A strong team player with hands-on attitude and desire to make an impact
  • Happy to travel and occasional client or tradeshow visits will also be expected
