Grafton Banks Finance are working with a well-established commercial company with offices in Guildford to recruit a Credit Controller on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting into the Credit Manager and working within a large friendly team, you will be responsible for supporting the business with chasing payments B2B and building strong working relations.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Chasing payments B2B
- Run weekly debtor reports
- Reviewing payments
- Raising credit notes and reconciling credit reports and data
- Resolve invoicing queries
- Monitor and manager outstanding payments and aged debt
- Ensure timely collection of payments while maintain strong client relationships
The successful candidate will have practical working experience within Credit Control B2B. You will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written to be able to build relationships both internally within the business and external. You will need to have excellent IT skills including Excel and Accounting software. You will need to be able to work within a team and independently. Working in a fast paced but friendly environment.
