ALWAYS RECRUITING FOR CREDIT CONTROLLERS local to Guildford on a temporary and permanent basis (both full and part time).

We are continuously seeking experienced Credit Controllers to join our dynamic clients in the local area. These roles are ideal for professionals who excel in financial customer service and have a knack for managing multiple accounts efficiently. Usual Day-to-day of the roles:
  • Manage and collect payments from a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes relating to billing and payment.
  • Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
  • Regularly report on collection activity and account status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller.
  • Strong understanding of billing and financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial software applications.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Office based and hybrid - some clients have parking and are located in surrounding towns and villages, and some are town centre accessible via public transport (or park and ride).
