We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Consultant to conduct a comprehensive analysis and setup plan for a new call centre. This role involves assessing the requirements and resources needed to establish a call centre efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a detailed report to be presented to the board.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct a thorough analysis of the operational, technological, and human resource requirements needed to set up a call centre.
- Evaluate potential locations, technology solutions, and staffing models to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to gather insights and requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and present a detailed report outlining the setup plan, recommendations, and strategic insights to the board.
- Proven experience in setting up or managing call centres.
- Strong understanding of call centre operations and technology.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable plans.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a project from conception to completion.
