Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an award-winning company based in Guildford, who are seeking a new member of their Customer Service team.
This is a busy and varied role and would suit someone with previous experience in a Customer Service role, who is looking for an opportunity to develop and progress.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Assist customers in resolving issues and answering queries effectively
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction
- Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette throughout all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with using computer systems for record management
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills within a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in upselling or cross-selling is desirable
