Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an award-winning company based in Guildford, who are seeking a new member of their Customer Service team.

This is a busy and varied role and would suit someone with previous experience in a Customer Service role, who is looking for an opportunity to develop and progress.

Duties:

  • Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and answering queries effectively
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records
  • Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette throughout all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with using computer systems for record management
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills within a fast-paced environment
