Description

  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations, by providing telephone and email support in a courteous and professional manner in accordance with performance standards.
  • Responsible for handling and organising the logistical requirements of the company and customers
  • Coordinate material shipping and sample collection with several couriers in a timely manner.
  • Gather the required internal and external information, track cases, and troubleshoot as appropriate.
  • Update any information in the technical system.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and proofreading of any documentation before submitting
  • Entering and updating client databases where required
  • Complete other clerical tasks.
  • Provide admin support to the wider team, where required.

Profile

  • Good level of IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel).
  • Strong team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to demonstrate strong prioritisation
  • Strong telephone manner with clear and concise literacy skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
