Our client, who is an international provider of specialist design and manufactured products, is looking to grow their existing Sales Administration team. This is a fast-paced customer centric role, ensuring that an efficient proactive service is provided to customers from initial order to delivery of goods.
Some experience working with trade and business customers would be ideal.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Manage and process customer orders and quotations
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve orders
- Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services when opportunities arise

Working Hours and Reward:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with 30 minute lunch
- Salary - £24,500
- Up to 8% of salary Key Performance bonus
- 25 days holiday per year (5 days must be taken over XMAS)
