My client prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality automotive care. They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their team and help them continue to exceed their customers' expectations.
Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice and support regarding their vehicle service needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Provide cost estimates and keep customers informed about their vehicle’s status.
- Handle customer concerns with a positive and solution-driven attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized service department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or automotive environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic knowledge of automotive services and repairs is preferred but not required.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Salary and benefits:
- Competitive Salary of up to £32,000 per year
- Generous company share profit
- Ideal working week of 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
- 20 Days annual holiday plus bank holidays plus long service leave!
