The position of Service Advisor offers a basic salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience, with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of around £38,000.
Candidates must have prior experience in a Service Advisor role and be capable of upselling service work and plans.
The role requires excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities, along with familiarity with Motor Dealership Database Software.
The job entails responsibilities such as communicating with customers about vehicle repairs, producing job cards, updating records, and preparing invoices.
The working hours are 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Well-Established Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Guildford area.Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.Their minimum requirements for a Service Advisor are as follows:

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
