Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and quick-learning individual to take on a 2-week office-based position, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
The main responsibility in this role will be updating product information in the Product Information Management (PIM) system for the Belgium and Netherlands markets. While Dutch language skills are not required, experience working with product data from these regions is essential. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Populate and update product information in the PIM system for Belgium and Netherlands.
- File management of Data Sheets
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across the platform.
- Perform quality checks to maintain high standards of data integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience with product data management is a plus but not required.
- Interest in marketing is a bonus, but not essential.
