Qualified Nursery Nurse - 40 hours per week, 4 days (Monday-Friday)

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Nursery Nurse to join a warm and welcoming family-run nursery in the Leatherhead area. Due to our clients continued expansion, we're looking for a skilled individual to contribute to our exceptional team and provide outstanding care and education to our children.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to young children, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Planning and implementing engaging and stimulating activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Leading and supporting activities, both indoors and outdoors, fostering children's curiosity and love for learning.
  • Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery, including meal times and general nursery duties.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Nursery Nurse working with a variety of ages.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
  • A driving licence and access to a car (beneficial due to the nursery's location).
