I am pleased to announce that we are currently looking for an Ecologist to join a well-established ecological consultancy with offices across the South of the UK.
The consultancy is known for its diverse and skilled Ecologist team, with specialisms across a wide range of areas, including bats, badgers, otters, barn owls, dormice, reptiles, great crested newts, river restoration, and botany. Responsibilities of the role include;
- Conducting various protected species surveys.
- UK habitat surveys and BNG assessments.
- Writing ecological reports including PEAs and EIAs.
Requirements of the role:
- Experience of working within an ecological consultancy.
- Knowledge of Biodiversity Net Gain is desirable.
- Ecological report writing skills are beneficial.
