We are looking for a talented Electrician to join a friendly team to deliver electrical maintenance on social housing properties in the Guildford area.

This is a permanent role starting on 6th Jan 2024.

Job role details:

Work on building maintenance, improvement work and new installations on domestic properties
40 hours work per week
Salary of £40,000 per annum + van and fuel card
Some on call work 1 in 4 or 1 in 6.

Requirements:

Full driving license
Electrical NVQ Level 3
Other electrical qualifications to be discussed
Good experience working on domestic electrical maintenance work ideally social housing
