Position: Solar Electrician
Location: Guildford
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 p.a
Job description
Our client installs equipment to reduce customer's grid energy need by over 90% for the year and reduce pollution by driving EV's and heating water with solar.
They are looking for an experienced Solar PV Electrician to install domestic and commercial solar PV systems on single and three phase grid connections using solar panels, Enphase micro inverters and Tesla Powerwall batteries, EDDI water heaters and ZAPPI EV car chargers.
Qualifications Required:
- 18th edition qualified (required)
- 18th edition Inspection & Testing (required)
- Driving License (required)
Our client will look at training however you must have the following skills and experience:
- 18th edition certified and 18th edition Inspection and testing
- Experience working as an electrician for at least 1 year
- The capability to install single and three phase distribution boards, meter tails, and radial circuits etc.
- Monitoring systems will also need to be setup, so some basic IT type knowledge is useful.
