Summary:
We are currently working with a nationwide architectural firm who is seeking Architectural Technologists / Technicians at various levels to join their team, working on a variety of projects across the UK. Your role will involve fit out, snagging, and surveys, with a focus on delivering high-quality architectural solutions for blue chip companies. You will work on projects in retail or commercial sectors, requiring frequent travel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and technical detailing, and must possess the ability to drive to different project sites.
Skills:
- Recent experience in the Retail/Commercial Sector.
- Experience in fit out/refirbishment projects projects.
- Experience in conducting surveys and snagging processes.
- Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations (essential).
- Ability to deliver projects across the UK.
- Strong design and technical detailing skills.
- Experience working with blue chip companies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within multi-agency teams.
- Driving licence (Essential)
Software/Tools:
- AutoCAD (essential)
- Revit (Desirable)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
