MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to join a leading business in the Renewable Energy sector.
Our client are specialists in the Anaerobic Digestion industry and are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join their team.
As the Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the technical requirements of various projects through the design, development and construction phases
- Work as part of the projects team to provide feasibility and design documentation such as: layout drawings, H&S assessments and progress reports
- Supporting on the planning of projects as well as the construction and commissioning
- Working closely with site specific Project Managers to assist in projects delivery
- Developing training and handover processes
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Ideally a mechanical/civil engineering degree with 2-3 years post degree experience (candidates with a chemical/general engineering degree will also be considered)
- Proven experience working in a projects-based role
- An understanding of Anaerobic Digestion is preferred but not essential, other process environment will be considered
- Experience of engineering design and drawings
- A full UK driving licence
