This is a great opportunity to join an expanding sustainability consultancy who have been at the forefront of providing environmental services to the built environment for 20 years. They have recently taken on a range of exciting projects within the construction industry and are looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their team based in Guildford.

Key responsibilities for a Senior Sustainability Consultant include:

• Lead the sustainability team on numerous construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery
• Work alongside the senior management team and help deliver on the day to day running of the company
• Provide highly technical advice on sustainability services such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL, and SKA
• Produce high quality reports for clients and work alongside the design team on various construction projects

A Senior Sustainability Consultant will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant role within the built environment
• BSc or MSc within a sustainability or energy discipline
• Previous experience delivering BREEAM Assessments for RIBA planning stages
• BREEAM AP Qualification
• Working knowledge of UK Sustainability legislations
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
