Senior Sustainability Consultant

This is a great opportunity to join one of the UKs leading environmental consultancy who have provided highly technical services to the built environment for 20 years. They are looking for an ambitious Senior Sustainability Consultant to lead on the numerous construction projects they have taken on as well as their sustainability team who are based in Guildford.
Role responsibilities for a Senior Sustainability Consultant include:
- Produce sustainability strategies to help clients achieve compliance with their targets
- Environmental assessments of buildings using BREEAM, LEED and WELL standards
- Coordinating sustainability strategies and services by working with other team members and supporting planning applications, as well as producing sustainability statements
- Providing consultant advice on sustainability issues and corporate sustainability metrics
- Attend project meetings, mentor junior members of staff, managing the budget of individual projects, and maintaining client and delivery team relationships
The ideal Senior Sustainability Consultant will have:
- A degree in environmental sciences, sustainability, or energy
- A minimum of three years' experience as a Sustainability Consultant within the construction industry
- A BREEAM AP qualification with experience delivering BREEAM Assessments throughout a project lifecycle
- Experience delivering WLCA and LCAs for planning stages of projects using OneClick LCA
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
