  • Based in Guildford, Surrey
  • Hybrid Working: 2 days WFH, 3 days on office

Our client based in Guildford is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator. This role will be offered on a 6 Month Contract to support the team with all pe-event activities for their upcoming UK Event in 2025. You will also have the opportunity to attend the 3-day live event with all expenses paid.

You will support the Marketing Department & Customer Success Manager in all pre-event, operational and marketing planning preparation to maintain first class customer service.

Key duties:

  • Managing and resolving exhibitor queries efficiently via email and telephone
  • Ensuring deadlines are met (stand announcement forms, stand plans, exhibitor stand orders)
  • Keeping the exhibitor manual up to date with important event information
  • Creating visa letters for international exhibitors
  • Support any remaining new exhibitor onboarding
  • Data gathering & preparation for event preview and show guide
  • Data collection for content programme
  • Exhibitor Training & Support of the event app
  • Tracking exhibitor marketing activity
  • Pre-show team preparation including accommodation, parking, onsite schedule, badges, printing as required for sales & marketing
  • Support Customer Success Manager with Sales Partner attendance & co-ordination
