This is a super role for someone who wants to work up to 25 Hours Per Week in a varied position for a lovely family run company.

This opportunity will oversee the management of the grounds, products, events and activities, as well as some PA & Administration duties.

You will be an important part of the team, and will be the point of contact for clients, tenants, suppliers, contractors and third parties.

  • Support the management team with administration
  • Support event organising
  • Prepare meeting reports (with instruction from management)
  • Handle renewals for insurance and claims
  • Investigate and implement income opportunities
  • Deal with facilities, and organise building repairs and fixture
  • Check invoices for sign off
  • Oversee a wide range of outdoor activities
  • Work as part of a team, whilst being able to use initiative and work unsupervised
  • Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
  • Prioritise workload
  • Negotiation skills
  • Confident and can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • GSOH
