My client is looking for an individual with preferably some Event Sales Executive/ Account Manager experience to support the Events Director in achieving their targeted stand and sponsorship sales in their Guildford office

Description
- Sell exhibition space, sponsorships, and digital packages
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying up sell opportunities
- Source new business leads and potential opportunities
- Cold call and engage with new prospects
- Handle incoming inquiries promptly and professionally
- Arrange in-person meetings when needed
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, including CRM system updates and management
- Attend industry and competitor events, with potential travel across the UK and internationally
Profile
- Sales experience in a media environment (preferred but not required)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Personable, friendly, and approachable demeanour
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Well-organised with excellent time management abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Can commute to Guildford
