HRGO Recruitment are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to join our clients leading company in the technology distribution sector; they specialise in providing cutting-edge solutions to their customers.

We are looking for a highly organised and driven individual to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations of the office. You will play a crucial role in managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with various tasks outside of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Assist in planning and organising company events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
