The position is based in Guildford, with three office days per week (Monday to Wednesday) and the remaining two days working from home. This role offers a competitive annual salary of approximately (£55,000 - £60,000.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis to identify trends, assess variances, and provide actionable insights.
  • You will be responsible for performing cost analysis across the business. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather input and deliver financial expertise.
  • Support project accounting and provide financial insights for key business initiatives.
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with non-financial stakeholders.
