Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (negotiable, depending on experience)

Join the team as a Financial Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in managing and analysing financial data to support business operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mind and a passion for numbers.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Responsible for the monthly analysis of costs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Monitor invoices processed by the accounts payable team to ensure they are posted to the correct cost centre and that payments are up to date.
  • Support and challenge the project delivery team to accurately allocate contractor and third-party costs to the correct projects.
  • Collaborate with the HR and payroll team on FTE and staff costs reporting.
  • Ensure proper cost allocation and recharging to the business, supporting the team in financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, AAT) or currently studying, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen aptitude for numbers.
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems using multiple sources of information.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and experience with systems such as SAP and Ariba.
