As a Bridging Finance Loan Broker, you will:
- Provide expert advice on bridging finance and mortgage products tailored to client needs.
- Assess client requirements and financial situations to determine the best financing solutions.
- Research and compare loan products from a wide range of lenders.
- Negotiate terms with lenders to secure competitive rates for clients.
- Submit accurate and complete loan applications to lenders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, ensuring full compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 12 months experience within residential mortgages or specialist lending.
- Strong understanding of the UK mortgage market.
- CeMAP qualified
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A client-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance procedures.
