The Work & Clients
The Assistant Audit Manager will engage with a variety of assurance assignments, often leading the on-site team and serving as the primary contact for both clients and junior team members. The client base spans multiple industries and consists largely of ambitious, mid-sized businesses seeking value beyond the standard audit checklist.
Key responsibilities include:

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:

Be ACA or ACCA qualified, with relevant post-qualification experience

Have led audit engagements from start to finish

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in mentoring and client communication

Be analytical and solution-oriented, with a high sense of ownership

Show curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to challenge established norms
Experience with analytical review techniques or process improvement is a plus — the team welcomes individuals who seek to drive progress.
