The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing audit engagements from planning to final delivery, while also mentoring junior staff and cultivating strong client relationships. The Work & Clients

The Assistant Audit Manager will engage with a variety of assurance assignments, often leading the on-site team and serving as the primary contact for both clients and junior team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading assurance projects with a focus on quality

  • Proactively identifying and resolving audit issues

There will also be opportunities to contribute beyond audit — including involvement in value-added advisory services that enhance the overall client experience.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA qualified, with relevant post-qualification experience

  • Have led audit engagements from start to finish

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in mentoring and client communication

  • Be analytical and solution-oriented, with a high sense of ownership

  • Show curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to challenge established norms

Experience with analytical review techniques or process improvement is a plus — the team welcomes individuals who seek to drive progress.
