***Audit Manager - Top 10 Firm - Guildford - Up to £75k ***

Our client is a market leading Top 10 firm of chartered accountants based in the Guildford area, with a very strong reputation and national presence. This is a fantastic opportunity, where you will work in an Audit Manager role, servicing an exciting client base.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a client portfolio with gross recurring fees of £500,000 or more, with a concentration on audit services and business advisory work.
  • Promoting the firm's interests to current and prospective clients, as well as other parties.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior employees, especially trainees, and assisting with their growth.
  • Assisting with internal training and practice growth, such as finding business prospects and delivering client pitches.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and Advisory Skills.
  • Experience with SMEs and Owner-Managed Businesses.
  • Proactive and Hands-On Approach.
