Are you a finance professional who enjoys working on projects, implementation and finance transformation? This is a newly created role, part of a successful and growing international services business.

As the business continues to expand, we’re looking for a Change Management Lead to work with expense management and operational teams to drive service excellence and the implementation of new projects.

Change Management Lead - The Role

  • Ownership of the on-boarding of new clients, to ensure the team is set up for success in service excellence and financial compliance
  • Be the central point of contact for any amends/changes to new and existing engagements including policy, process and reporting changes, ensuring the team have what they need to be compliant, and provide service excellence
  • Responsible for re-implementation of accounts, as needed, on a regular basis as well as process improvements across the department
  • Review external clients’ data, develop project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
  • Involvement in Business Development opportunities & presentations, and involvement in scoping projects or developing proposals
  • Lead projects using the most appropriate and effective project management methodologies, ensuring delivery is in line with scope, objectives, timeline and budget
  • Ensure effective governance, tracking, reporting and communication structure is implemented to keep internal, client and third-party stakeholders up to date with progress, risks and issues
  • Liaison with stakeholders regarding client specific requirements, translating such requirements into new processes, suggestion of best practices and reporting requirements and / or training
  • Training teams in the requirements of the client/account
  • Participation on global implementation calls, representing Accounting and being the SME point of contact on all matters relating to accounting
  • Issue resolution, corrective action and review of policy and process
  • Ad hoc projects as required by the team
  • Data analysis

Change Management Lead – Required Experience

  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience of working on best practices and projects
  • Either experience working for a service business or someone who takes a service led approach to work
  • Excellent organisational skills

Change Management Lead – The Package
