Description

  • Develop and execute financial plans that align with the organisation's strategic goals.
  • Lead financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Supervise accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and prompt invoice handling.
  • Track and manage expenses to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Compile and deliver financial reports to the CFO
  • Oversee the finance team, ensuring proper onboarding, goal-setting, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct routine audits of financial procedures
  • Secure the best possible terms with vendors, service providers, and contractors to optimise cash flow and profitability, while streamlining procurement processes.

Profile

  • Qualified (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
  • 5 Years proven experience in financial management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Offer
