- Develop and execute financial plans that align with the organisation's strategic goals.
- Lead financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Supervise accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and prompt invoice handling.
- Track and manage expenses to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Compile and deliver financial reports to the CFO
- Oversee the finance team, ensuring proper onboarding, goal-setting, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct routine audits of financial procedures
- Secure the best possible terms with vendors, service providers, and contractors to optimise cash flow and profitability, while streamlining procurement processes.
Profile
- Qualified (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- 5 Years proven experience in financial management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
