A growing business in central Guildford are looking for a Finance Manger to head up a team of 10 finance assistants. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will support the day to day management of the team, running month end, journal preparation and balance sheet reconciliation.
Other Key Accountabilities:
- Payroll preparation
- Maintenance of the finance system
- Management for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams
- Lead SOP, process and maintenance
- Developing the team
- Support delivery of month end reporting
- P11Ds & P60 preparation
The company have gone through a period of acquisition and new systems integration, so we need a self-starter who is capable of managing priorities in a calm and strategic manner.
Candidates should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and thrive in a fast paced environment and be a team player.
