Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager, leading health / wellbeing business - ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
Based: Surrey (close to Guildford) - hybrid role, 2-3 days per week in office
Base salary £70,000 - £78,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits and bonus

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager - About the role
Working alongside the UK management team you will providestrategic direction and influence across the business.Duties include:
- Operatea first-classFP&Afunction, improving the overall clarity of key decisions across the business
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support commercial decision making
- Offer margin analysis,pricing analysis,value chain analysis on a regular basis
- Lead the preparation and review of annual / monthly forecasts
- Assist with financial modelling and forecasting using real time data
- Ownkey commercial and financialKPI’sacross the business
- Responsible for monthly reporting to key stakeholders
- Create mediumandlong termbusiness plans and projections for all locations and products
- Liaise and challenge key decision makers across the business
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Candidate requirements:
- Degree educated, ideallywith a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or European equivalent)
- At least four years of proven finance experience with an emphasis on Financial Planning and Analysis or Finance Business Partnering
- Demonstrable success of delivering actionable insights that drive profitand promote operational efficiency
- Strong track record of managing key stakeholders across the business
- Experience of working within a fast moving, dynamic, international environment
- Experience of managing and inspiring a high-calibre finance team
- Strong system skills and knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Experience of ecommerce or a D2C business highly advantageous
