We're thrilled to partner with a leading insurance provider, to find a high-calibre Client Advisor to join their public-sector commercial insurance team based in Guildford. 

Within this role you will support and manage a Delegated Authority led book of cross-class commercial clients within the division. This role offers the perfect blend of flexibility, with 2 days in the Guildford office and remote work options.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Commercial Insurance Knowledge: A solid understanding of commercial insurance is essential.
  • Proven leadership: Experience coaching, mentoring, or training colleagues is a plus.
  • Qualifications preferred: Holding or pursuing a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Cert CII/Dip CII) is desirable. Minimum education: GCSE or equivalent.
  • Performance-driven: Experience working towards targets in a regulated framework, consistently achieving service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Client champion: A demonstrated ability to build rapport, provide exceptional customer service, and excel in communication.
  • Organised & detail-oriented: Apply strong due diligence, manage processes efficiently, and thrive under deadlines. You'll enjoy forward planning, organising, and analysing information.
  • Technical expertise: Possess high accuracy with a keen eye for detail, readily using initiative to assist your team.
  • Acturis proficiency: Be fully proficient in using the Acturis system although training can be provided.
  • Eligibility to Work: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
