Role Overview

As a Financial Administrator in this role, you’ll be the backbone of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the administration for high-net-worth clients. You’ll be responsible for handling all the critical day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly, so attention to detail and organisational skills are key.

You’ll be using Intelligent Office on a daily basis to manage client records, process financial transactions, and liaise with the financial planners. The clients are interesting, quirky, and diverse, which will keep your work engaging and varied.

Key Duties:

- Client Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files on Intelligent Office, ensuring all information is compliant and organised.

- Portfolio Support: Assist in managing client portfolios by processing and updating transactions, reviewing reports, and liaising with clients as needed.

- Document Management: Handle the preparation and submission of financial documentation for clients, ensuring all forms, reports, and correspondence are correct and timely.

- Client Liaison: Provide general administrative support to the financial planners, including preparing meeting agendas, taking notes, and following up on actions.

- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all activities comply with industry regulations and internal company policies.

- General Administration: Provide day-to-day support to the team, including managing communications, scheduling appointments, and overseeing administrative processes for client meetings.
