I have met the Directors and been to their offices and placed 7 staff into the business. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to both private and corporate clients who lives in London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire. They have a large book of business who are City professionals, families, retirees, and business owners with a minimum of £500k to invest with their top customer holding £3m+ to invest.The Managing Director is seeking to recruit a brand new Financial Administrator. Typical duties will include writing letter of authority and valuation, speaking to customers on the phone, scheduling client reviews and preparing documentation for any reviews/meetings, collecting data from product providers, process and submit new business to providers and ensure applications are completed accurately. Ensure agreements, including fee schedules, are in place and signed, documented, and saved and that all records are up to date, amongst others. Full training will be provided. A broad range of experience and knowledge across a variety of financial products will be advantageous (Pensions, Investments, Protections etc.) Knowledge of Intelligent Office would be highly advantageous. They use a variety of platforms including Elevate, Transact, Aberdeen, Quilter etc.The role will be office based but they offer flexi hours. If you are sitting any exams then the Directors will support you with your studies. If you aspire to be a paraplanner then there is a route to this. The reason for the role becoming available is the current administrator is being promoted to a paraplanner.The MD is looking to offer £30k - £33k basic salary with an attractive benefits package including Death in service, Private Medical and Life Insurance.
