A Construction Consultancy are seeking a CDM Consultant with a design background to lead as Principal Designer on an exciting new range of projects within the Consultancy. This will cover a mixed-use re-development as well a large-scale commercial fit-out within London. This will provide you access to prestigious clients as well as an opportunity to contribute to what will be an iconic feature of London's Built Environment. The Consultancy operate a Hybrid policy so you will enjoy a great work-life balance, as autonomy is key

The CDM Consultant Role

As a Principal Designer, you will play confidently lead meetings, manage all design safety risk for the portfolio you manage. There will be a team of CDM Advisors & Architects to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (required)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a CDM role.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
