We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong background in delegate sales to join a dynamic and fast-growing media business. You’ll be working on a new launch event, driving delegate revenue through outbound sales, managing inbound leads, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. What will this role include?

  • Secure and negotiate speaker contracts, ensuring they fit within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and event directors to align content timelines and promotional efforts.
  • Oversee speaker management, stage coordination, and content delivery at events, ensuring high-quality sessions.
  • Maintain speaker databases, update website content, and create essential event materials such as agendas and holding slides.

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

  • B2B event sales experience (delegate or award sales)
  • Commercial mind-set and ability to work towards targets and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Willingness to travel, attend conferences, and networking events
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
