Full & part time opportunities availableOur client is an extremely highly respected organisation based in Guildford, Surrey.They are currently growing their EDI team by an additional 3, roles range from ED&I Coordinator to Officer level, with salary bandings from £24,000-£38,000.Our client is open on full or part time for these roles and could be from 21-36 hours per week.These are exciting and varied roles, that will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our clients EDI strategy with the opportunity to work across all departments and with a range of stakeholders.As well as leading or supporting internal projects (depending on level), these roles will also support training and engagement initiatives, the roles will also have an external focus enabling in supporting local communities.This is an opportunity to join a growing team and to make an impact on increasing their workforce representation, improving people's experiences and sense of belonging in the workplace and, involving their diverse communities in how they deliver their services.For this role you will:Have a passion and drive for EDI delivery and supporting long-term culture changeHave experience leading or supporting projects and initiatives that have a people-centred impactSkills & ExperienceHave experience/exposure within an EDI capacity and have a willingness to develop the depth and breadth of your understanding. This is an excellent starting point to build on any initial EDI experience.Be passionate about all aspects of EDI and be able to communicate key messages in an inclusive, motivational and informative way. Be delivery-focused and able to work across a number of projects and initiatives in order to drive forwards the EDI strategy.
